Borika Hotel - Chepelare

Perfect getaway with the best scenic views. We enjoyed the cozy fireplace and the complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival. The hotel was conveniently situated near the ski slopes and the spa services were a great addition to our stay.

The food quality did not match the high standards of the location. We found the breakfast to be lacking in options and flavor. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and we experienced difficulty logging on during our stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, I was absolutely impressed. The staff here went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They may not have spoken English fluently, but their helpfulness made up for it. One night, when I couldn't find a nearby restaurant, a kind staff member offered to drive me there and even picked me up afterwards. I couldn't have asked for better service!
